Some notable previous transactions include Ben representing the Amarillo Economic Development Corporation in the purchase of 190 acres of land on Georgia, a portion of which is being developed into a 200,000-sqaure-foot Cacique food processing facility. He assisted Amazon in the purchase of 110 acres of land being developed into a 1,000,000 sf distribution facility. Ben also handled the sale of 105 acres of land from Attebury Elevators to Caviness Beef Packers that is being developed into a new ground beef facility.

Ben Represented the City of Amarillo in the sale of 370 acres of land on I-40 to be developed into the $670 million dollar beef processing facility.
Ben acted as an intermediary in the sale of the former 57,000 sf Albertson's on I-40 to Amarillo College.
Represented Texas Oncology in the purchase of 5.5 acres of medical land to be developed into a new 50,000-square-foot Cancer Center.
Represents The Pilchers Group in the leasing of over 280,000 sf of retail space in Amarillo.
Represented the Amarillo Economic Development Corporation in the purchase of 190 acres of land, a portion of which is going to be developed into a 200,000-sqaure-foot Cacique food processing facility.
Handled the sale of 105 acres of land from Attebury Elevators to Caviness Beef Packers to be developed into a new Caviness packing facility.
Assisted Amazon in the purchase of 110 acres of land being developed into a 1,000,000 sf distribution facility.
