Bo Wulfman, CCIM

Bo Wulfman has broad experience in sales, leasing, and development of commercial property. Bo specializes in Industrial, office and retail sales and leasing, land sales and development.
Bo is a member of:
North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR),
Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM). Bo also currently sits on the YMCA Board of Directors.
Bo was born and raised in Amarillo, graduating from Tascosa High School in 1982. He’s a 1986 graduate of Texas Christian University, with a BBA in Marketing. Bo enjoys golf, snow skiing, hunting and fishing among other outdoor activities.

- Love’s Truck Stop: Negotiated the sale of Budget Inn hotel site to Love’s for expansion.
- Westlake Village Retirement Village: 52 acre land purchase and sales office lease.
- Dollar Tree: Represented the Landlord in the lease of 18,500 sf.
- Main Auto Parts: Represented the Landlord in the lease of 3937 Canyon Drive.
- Walmart: Negotiated the lease of 50,000 warehouse space
- Tejas Trading CO.: Negotiated the sale of the 6,500 sf office located at 3310 I-40 West.
- Panhandle Subways: Represented Tenant in NNN lease for new 1,500 sf location on Coulter.
- Grand Court Apartments: Negotiated the sale of the 40 unit apartment complex.
- Univision Broadcasting: Represented the Tenant in the full service office lease located in the Wellington Business Park on I-40.
- ASCO Equipment: Represented ASCO in the purchase of land in Amarillo and Wichita Falls for new site development.
- Anderson Merchandisers: Represented the Landlord/Owner in negotiating leases for three tenants totaling over 175,000 sf of warehouse space, and the eventual sale of the 405,000, ten acre McCarty – Hull facility.
- Schooler Ranch: Negotiated sale of 1,600 acre ranch
- The Marsh Ranch: Represented the Seller in the sale of the 12,000 acre Potter County ranch.

3 acre land sale to Homewood Suites on I-40
3 acre land sale to Hilton Garden Inn on I-40
2.5 acre sale to Red Robin Hamburgers on NWC I-40 & Soncy Road
